“Staff was very rude and unprofessional and took my order down incorrectly and forgot my children’s order! We went back down after arriving home and back around the drive through and was met with the manager Erin who refused to take accountability for her staff and refused to take the cold food we had back for the kids to get out correct fresh order an she refused. She was absolutely disgusting in her manner and quite frankly needs a good wake up call and a reminder that you work at McDonalds don’t take it to serious. You could have used your position to push positive interaction for your mistake but decided to be difficult. I’ll be contacting your area manager as soon as I post this. Absolutely disgusting! Erin you wear that white shirt as if your the police. Haha joke of a girl”

“Got an order through Uber eats. Took over an hour to even find a driver and by the time I received the order the food was stale, cold and dry. Wasted most of the food as it was inedible. Cold drink was warm too which is ironic. Avoid on delivery! Tbh it’s even dross in person.”

“we had a mcdelivery from this mcdonald’s. part of the reason i ordered this meal was to try the big mac sauce. was any sauce provided in the order? no!! i also ordered 3 barbecue sauces to come with the cheese bites!! shocking behaviour. what is a mcdonald’s meal without the sauce. it is the equivalent to a notebook with no pen. suffice to say i am distraught. not good. 0/13.”
