“Blue Chicago was always our go to destination for eating out. Even back when it wasn't in Bangor. I took my wife and kids out for a meal for her birthday and was left considering why it was ever our go to restaurant. My wife ordered the sirloin at £28 and asked for it medium. It came out well done, no seasoning and she said that iv cooked better quality steaks at home for half the price. I ordered the Nashville burger (double) without cheese. Now if anyone knows the Nashville is smothered in BBQ sauce......well iv sneezed more liquid out my nose than what was on that burger. It was smashed to an inch of its life and because of it, it was dry and very hard to eat. I ordered a side of cornbread, if anyone knows cornbread is amazing. Well unfortunately these were dense muffins. No air in them at all. I opened everyone of them (3) and you could see how undercooked they were despite the tops being a golden colour. The only think that was good was the kids nuggets and the pint of Coors. £98 we spent for a family of four. The quality of food has dropped so much and everyone is putting it down to the cost of living...bla bla bla. I would pay the money for amazing quality but it's just not there anymore.”
