  “While everything was fine we feel the price of the food is very expensive. £19 for a curry then on top of that you pay £4.95 for Garlic nan. Same tpe of curry and side is 6.50 cheaper in Coleraine so guess thats were we will go.”

  “The food is excellent, I highly recommend the chicken tikka madras, it's the flavour of a tikka but with the heat of a madras. My daughter loves the standard tikka as well. It's not a cheap takeaway at around 11.20 for a basic main course with rice etc extra. But the curry is well worth the cost as a rare treat for someone on a budget. And quite a bit extra as well, I will try and add some takeaway menu pics. Great food with generous portions. I would have given it 5 stars but the look of horror on the face of the chap taking my order every time I decline rice, nan bread or onion bhajis is almost comical, like I'd insulted the family lineage! Yes, I have to be thrifty so I pop into Sainsbury's and get their taste the difference extras at well less than half the price and it's just as good. Having said that, the curries are gorgeous and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Antrim or Ballymena for Indian Cuisine.”

  “Avoid. Rang 4 hours before our reservation for a birthday meal and said they wouldn’t serve not serve a member of our party anything because they asked for GF options. I rang for an explanation and denied having said that but did reiterate they wouldn’t serve not serve anything to someone GF as it was the stance of the owner and he went on a rant about the council.”

  “The restaurant exudes a feeling of tranquility and is very atmospheric, immediately you get a feeling of well being and "yes I want to be here". The menu is extensive and varied, the service and staff are excellent paying due attention but without being intrusive or hurrying, the main waiter saw us taking photos (there were 4 of us) and offered without prompting or asking if we wanted him to take one of us all, a nice touch! Then the food, I have not been one for Indian food but was absolutely amazed at the choices we made and the variation in taste of all the dishes we had. Would I go back there, ABSOLUTELY!!”

  “Never had a bad meal in the place or a bad take away , the food is excellent and the quality of their ingredients are second to none. When eating in, the restaurant is small enough ( still large enough for birthday parties) so that is intimate . The staff are attentive but never in your face. The bar is fully stocked with good quality beers and, the wines ( I'm told by my partner) are of good quality and reasonably priced.”
