  “Came in on Sunday to buy a 4 shot ristretto blonde Americano with oat milk and two Frappuccinos. The manager (I assume) served me and didn’t know if ristretto still existed (?) didn’t know how to put through a banana Frappuccino and was just not the best. She then proceeded to snap at a male barista telling him to ‘get on the till’ she snapped at him again. I was then handed a ristretto Bianca, not the drink I ordered and with whole milk. Just a good job I don’t have a dairy intolerance. Wasn’t going to make a fuss because she clearly had no clue….honestly so surprised by this. Maybe stop snapping at staff and focus on the orders? As a barista myself, it’s not hard to take time with the customer and ensure the order is right. Not sure I’d return to this Starbucks”

  “Stopped off for a coffee and cake which were both delicious but it’s not until you actually look around you realise how filthy the place is. I sat in a window seat and the skirting, the window sills floor and seats were all really bad and it was only 10:00. Looks like the place needs a really deep clean”

  “Have stopped going here due to the ridiculously long wait even when there’s no queue. The staff - apart from the guys - are rude and unhelpful. Example - on more than one occasion I’ve pointed out I didn’t want a take out cup as I’m sitting in and you are met with an eye roll and no apology and they don’t swap it over. Also had an issue with one person automatically defaulting to a large drink and when I pointed out that wasn’t on and that they should offer customers a choice she argued with me and said it’s the ordering system that does it when it had never happened to me before. Better places to go with better service, atmosphere and staff. I think I only put up with it for as long as I did because of staff member Tony who is always cheery and chatty”
