“I was very disappointed with my experience at this nail shop. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable because of the way I was treated, and I believe my skin colour may have influenced this. My nails were also not done properly, so I had to visit another nail shop to have them fixed and pay again. Please treat every customer with kindness, dignity and respect, regardless of their skin colour, nationality or appearance. Customers are spending their hard-earned money and deserve good service.”
