  “Popped in on route home from a day out in Stranraer ..... Well worth the visit. Staff real helpful (didn't have a reservation). Served drinks real quick and food came not long after. Nice menu with good options.”

  “Hi I Gordon was in annan anglers today 21-7-26 and the staff were above and beyond and I'm Gordon Davidson I'm well known locally I was in today 12-05 and they can see me in person in local paper this week edition after I left today and what I do in this region I highlighted this establishment first class food and partys I've attended and will give it big thumbs up the ladies were very professional friendly thank you”

  “Really pleased we decided to call in today. Looks like just a small door but walking through, we were pleasantly surprised. Spacious dining area, games room and outdoor seating too. All dog friendly which was great for us. Lovely food and reasonably priced for a family of four, definitely a hidden gem and we will be back. Our server Kaye was so helpful and attentive too.”

  “Sunday lunch is delicious & plentiful with table service. I'm veggie they put extra potatoes, veg, yorkshire pud & cheese sauce. There is a decent veggie menu if you dont fancy sunday lunch. Kids menu too. Great pudding selection fudge brownie yummy. Staff are welcoming friendly & helpful. Nice atmosphere. I live in Yorkshire when visiting family in Cumbria we go to the anglers. Highly recommend this gem of a place I love ❤️ Scotland 👌 😀”

  “This was a real suprise. On the outside, it doesn’t look inviting, but we are glad we went inside. It was very modern and a spaacious dining area. The food was great and staff welcoming and friendly.”

  “Lovely pub grub which was served in good time and piping hot. Great spacious clean surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff. Returned for a lovely afternoon tea. Very tasty and great called for money!”
