“I went into the Salon on Tuesday and was welcomed with smiles, I showed the Hairdresser a photo of a pixie cut I wanted. After 20 minutes of cutting my hair she started drying and styling it and I stopped her because the cut looked nothing like I had asked for at all. I was given a bowl cut. The short pixie cut was nowhere to be seen. I told her I don't like it and that it looks awf it actually looked like someone put a bowl on my head and cut around it. I said this was not what I asked for her answer was. "Yes your hair is shorter." When I showed her the photo she still kept trying to style my hair I had asked her twice at that point to stop because she was just making it worse but she did not. Then Corina came to the rescue, lovely, heartwarming, funny and confident. When I first showed her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted and asked if that was what I had received from the other hairdresser she said no. So she got to work and gave me the cut and style I wanted. I love my cut and Corina could not apologise enough. However I never received an apology from the other hairdresser she walked away, I don't know her name, I would give Corina 5 stars but unfortunately my experience with the other hairdresser would be a 1 star. Thank you Corina for fixing my hair.”
