“Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about a recent meal I received from your establishment. Unfortunately, the chicken I was served was undercooked and was not safe to eat. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food, particularly as chicken needs to be thoroughly cooked to be safe. This has caused me concern and has significantly affected my experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve it. I would also appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for the meal.”
