  “Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered over £60 worth of food, but when we got home we discovered that part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant to explain the situation, but instead of apologising or investigating, we were told that the order had definitely been packed correctly, which made us feel as though we were being accused of being dishonest. We then drove back to collect the missing items, arriving around 15 minutes later, only to find that they hadn’t even started preparing them. After waiting even longer, we decided to request a refund instead. To make matters worse, the member of staff at the counter appeared to be smirking and ignored us while we were trying to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again.”

  “Given 0 stars for everything - Been ordering from Ling di Long for a few years but have given them too many chances now. Deliveries are always late (over an hour late at least) and over the past few months the food had been getting worse. Our order tonight was over 1 half hours late and our starter was wrong and there was a sauce spilt all through the bag and had gone into our dishes. The food was stone cold and very very salty and its not the cheapest. Sorry Ling di Long no more chances we'll be going elsewhere to spend our hard earned money.”

  “We ordered a takeaway. The food was hot when it arrived, handed over by a friendly driver. Food was delicious. We ordered crispy seaweed, pork spring rolls, Sweet & Sour chicken balls, House Chow mein, and a chicken chow mein. Everything was well cooked and well seasoned. Will definitely order again..”
