  “I have been coming here for over 15 years and I’ve always had a positive experience however my experience on Friday was very different to my usual. I had booked in to get a wash and blow dry and got quoted a price over the phone. My usual hair dresser is off at the moment so I ended up with a different lady I hadn’t seen before with dark hair and a fringe. When I got there she told me that the price they had told me over the phone was wrong and the service was no longer £31 and was now £50. When I challenged this, her excuse was that my hair was too long and would require more work meaning it would cost more. I had stated on the phone when booking that my hair was long and thick. Her response to this was “we can’t see your hair over the phone”. To try and justify the new price she had quoted, she then said “I’ve worked in town and it is usually £70, this is hale so it should be more, these should be hale prices”. She was really argumentative and dismissed the person who’d given me the quote as “she’s a barber so she doesn’t know the prices” despite her colleague having worked there for over a decade. I was so short of time I ended up giving in and not getting the wash & blow dry, just her using straighteners to curl the ends and she charged me £31. I was disgusted & disappointed. Be careful who you get booked in with because some people try and inflate the prices when you get there.”

  “I've always had fantastic haircuts from Barber Barber with multiple different Barbers however I feel inclined to point out out my most recent experience. Tommy is an absolute and utter professional who used his expertise to give me options and guide me, very thankfully, out of a poor decision I was intending to make. I felt comfortable with how he gave me advice which allowed me to actually understand my hair better and make the best decision. With a change in style came less cutting than initially needed and Tommy adjusted the pricing accordingly. He is amazingly professional, reassuring, honest and is definitely going to be my go to Barber in the future. Absolutely without a doubt would recommend Barber Barber and especially Tommy from my experience.”

  “Been wanting to go to Barber Barber for a while now, & soon as the Hale shop opened I booked for the full Barber Barber experience. I was so impressed that I went again today. I love the whole experience. I’ve used the same Barber; Olly both times, don’t think I’ve had a better shave or haircut from anyone else. If you want a proper haircut & or shave then I definitely recommend going to Barber Barber. You won’t regret it, oh & you can have a beer at the same time!!!!”
