“What a sorry excuse for a coffee shop - an example of a chain that just doesn’t care. If anyone actually likes stale banana bread, this is the place to come - accompanied by their now well-known burnt-tasting coffee and stodgy fruit toast. The service is incredibly slow (one of the staff members has just gone for a break, but…) - so, two people covering multiple orders for food and coffee while the drive-through has to be managed also. The location is actually quite good and convenient - it’s a nice, roomy place to take a break on the A1, but why would you if the product and service is soooo bad?”
