  “Food was freezing , chicken fillet burger was stringy and chewy, and they forgot 3 cans of coke too. When I phoned them they said there’s nothing they can do ? Are they for real? Absolutely disgusting they clearly dont give a sh*t about customers by not sending the drinks out as I said I would wait for them to send the drinks out if they can do this.   “Called the Alferton location inquiring about an allergen and they had zero clue or under standing of the question. I asked if the wings were Gluten free and got told "no they are not free" then when I finally got the manager on the phone the manager didn't understand the question either and told me the BBQ was. But I asked about the chicken and was told yes the manarades are. When I finally ask does this contain wheat flour I got told yes all of the chicken has wheat flour it should not have been this difficult to get an answer as to whether something was gluten-free or not and it should be something they know immediately!”

  “When this first opened, it was the best chicken, great flavours, crispy skin, thought it was better than kfc, pizza's were good, they did peri peri chicken which succulent and juicy, now the chicken is bland, soggy and skin falling off the chicken, I ordered tikka pizza which was supposed to be chicken, onion, pepper and jalapeños but instead I got chicken, pepper, sweetcorn and onion, it was buy 1, get 1 free, so as you can imagine, very unhappy to have 2 pizza's with sweetcorn on. The sacthet sauce is like water. Will never eat at dixy again. Extremely disappointed”

  “Ordered from here for the first time last night, ordered through “just eat” . When food arrived 4 items were missing. Told delivery man “ not his fault” Rang Dixy chicken “ discount next time we order”. Wont be ordering again, pizzas were terrible, chicken was average. Ended up driving to McDonald's shortly after.”

  “Service was slow yet again even considering i made my order online for collection and was made to wait over 5 mins when i arrived for the fries to cook they were placed in the frier as i said im here to collect my order after the 25 mins i waited away from the business upon placing my online order i Ordered chicken tikka pizza got back to uncover burnt chicken pizza not chicken tikka I also ordered chicken strips meal to find the chicken was hard and tough still pulling it out from between my teeth if had hadn't of been hungry you would of received this back totally unacceptable to serve this and have wait time longer than sitting in a top quality restaurant i can see why it's had 3 owners in past year and I predict a 4th 5th and 6th over the next fix up and have some dedication to serve properly cooked food and in a timely manner I shall not be dining at dixy chicken alfreton anymore a”
