“I've had the worst haircut today (Tuesday). I've been going here for years and am so disappointed today. I've got chunks missing, long strands in my fringe and sides. The older woman who I've never had before ignored my request for my neck to be shaved and unsurprisingly only gave me a 1 second look in the mirror before it went back in the drawer. Its the quickest cut I've ever had and would go back and get one of the other girls to sort it out but they can't make it grow back and it's unfair for them to do it for free. She was rude and boasted about the £20k she earns a month, no wonder with a 4 minute cut. Absolutely gutted especially with people coming for the long weekend. She pulled a face when I didn't give a tip!”
