“I would give this place a negative rating if I could. The customer service from Shane was absolutely disgraceful. He hung up on me during the call, saying they were extremely busy. Before that, he took my order, then told me it would be significantly delayed. Moments later, he said their system wasn’t working after all and that he couldn’t even take my order. The whole experience was confusing, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Instead of communicating clearly or trying to help, I was left feeling dismissed as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Is the owner is reading this? He is the reason your shop is not making money.”

“Terrible service. Always gets the order wrong if they even remember to make the pizza at all. Never felt like a valued customer. Never have been given the correct dip first time. Even as it filling this review out they attempt to give me the wrong dip. You couldn’t write it. Useless.”
