“Spend 4,5£ for a warm coke. No ice available in the whole store plus drinks are warm. Talked to them 2 times and both of the staffmembers didn’t knew how to help or offered me a refund. What a mess.. like no cold drinks to your food??!”

“Forgot our fries, then server a burger with wet grey bacon. When I brought this up, they insisted the bacon is supposed to be wet and grey. I looked it up, and cannot find anything online saying that the bacon is suppose to be grey and wet. In their own picture at the location the bacon looks red and crispy. They remade my burger with the same wet and now slightly less grey bacon. Also the onion rings taste a little like soap. The staff was nice, but if I'm correct and the bacon isn't suppose to be wet and grey I ask that they be trained to not serve wet and grey.”

“During our trip to Spain, while waiting out flights here at the Stansted airport we stopped at Burger King for a quick lunch. The food was good, the service was fast, and it was easy to find a place to sit, which made for a pleasant and stress free stop. However, the highlight of our visit was definitely Maria Fiqueredo. She kindly approached us to help with an issue we had regarding ice and took the time to have a friendly chat with us. Maria was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel very welcome. She seems to be a truly wonderful person who goes above and beyond for customers. Overall, we had a very positive experience. I’m not usually a fast food person, but if I’m passing by again, Burger King will certainly be among my top 5 choices for a quick lunch. 🫶🏻”
