  “Just bought the charcoal kebab for £9. Came with no bread and around 6 pieces of meat. Finished within 2 minutes and served in a small tray you'd expect chips to come. Feel like i've been robbed frankly.”

  “I called Pizza Time after placing my order on Uber Eats to ask for sauce on my pizza, as it was listed as unavailable on the Uber Eats app. I was told it would be an additional £2.40 for chili and garlic sauce to be added to the pizza. I said it was okay and to just leave it, as I had already paid on the Uber Eats app and only had my card available for payment. When the order came, the delivery driver was asking for cash for a tub of chili and a tub of garlic. I told him we canceled it. He then began to get aggressive and ripped open the bag of drinks and took out the sauces as we didn't have the cash available. The pizza was stone cold with no flavor and soggy. Safe to say it was binned; I wouldn't even give it to my dog. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DISGUSTING! RUDE! Aggressive!”

  “I have used this place for many many years, stopped using 6 months ago due to ingredients going cheap, give them the chance and gave them another go today and it was Terrible, the meat was the cheapest, most Horrible meat I have tasted in a long time, even the dog gave it a miss which say everything. Will not be going back, what a waste of money. ps I did ring and give my thoughts on it to the Restaurant.”

  “My mum is a regular customer with them. I'm talking two orders a week minimum. Placed an order over the phone. For it to be read back to her twice. Asked for the price. He said he would call back. Called back. Confirmed the order again. So confirmed 3 times!! Still missing a meal when delivered. Called back up. Only to be told you haven't ordered it and not paid for it. Unfortunately this is the last time my mum will be using them. Incompetent and unable to string and sentence together over the phone in English. I don't normally complain. But this is the second occasion that the same person has answered the phone in my presence and the second occasion the ordering has been very difficult to get through. Pizza Time. Check my mum's orders. How many she has placed with yourselves. No loyalty to your customers whatsoever.”

  “Incompetent staff who can’t take responsibility for getting an order wrong or offer a replacement or a refund. This is what they delivered. Asked for salad there was a strand of lettuce and a full bottle of mayo it made my pitta soggy and cold”

  “Ordered food last night waited for an hour. Called the restaurant they said they had attempted to deliver it twice. Total lies as me and partner were sat right next to the front door. There was no attempt to put things right they suggested I took it up with my neighbour??? The staff were extremely rude. I will not be placing any future orders takeaways are a treat in this current climate and people can not afford to just give money away for nothing! Extremely disappointed 😞”

  “I phoned to order and had a very good explanation as to why they might be late. Was given an hour and 10 mins time frame, as there had been a car accident somewhere near to where they are situated. The food came within 45 mins and we were given a free bottle of Tango 😀. The gentleman phoned beforehand to confirm the address. The food was very good and will definitely reorder again.”
