“He was asked to cut half the hair and only cut a quarter, even though he was asked to cut half. He told her it was €15 for the haircut, but the window said €10. That's unacceptable.”

He left disappointed and crying. My husband also wanted a layered cut, but in the end, they shaved his head completely. They didn't even ask my son what style he wanted, which is the least they could do... But you should know that they are disappointed, especially my son, who is going to have his class photo taken with a haircut that can't even be styled and that he hates... First and last time! And the worst part is that the cuts don't look like much at all. It's a disgrace to pay €30 for that!”
