  “One of the hairdressers, who was incredibly rude, left a huge stain of color on my cheek for the entire waiting time! Without even asking, she started rubbing my cheekbone with her towel and left the stain! Her colleague had to end up removing it by rubbing after her. No apology whatsoever! Unacceptable. I'll never go back.”

  “Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I ended up with someone who was unmotivated, unpleasant, and completely insensitive. What's more, the haircut is a complete disaster. The woman spent 10 minutes trying to fix my botched front layering. I said stop to avoid making things worse, but I left with one side shorter than the other in the front, and the layers going the wrong way on one side (like an inverted bob, but only on one side...). I had to cover up this monstrosity and quickly get it fixed somewhere else. Luckily, I insisted that the cut be done once my part was in the right place (naturally on the left) because the hairdresser wanted to cut my hair with a middle part (once it was dry and the part was back in its natural position, my whole side would have been much shorter than the other, not just the front!). In short, I'm extremely disappointed.”

  “I agree! They're thieves! I took my 15-year-old son there today. After a shampoo, they told him he had some nits and refused to cut his hair. Understandable... except they charged him 13 euros without even cutting it! Outrageous!”
