  “People in the queue choose those who look best, constantly huffing and puffing, and do the complete opposite of what they're asked. They straighten curly hair without being asked, and I even asked them for a curly hair treatment. I left looking like a lion's head. I'll never go back. The hairdresser was really unpleasant; it was horrible. She pulled my hair, and when I told her it hurt, she kept going, maybe even harder. When I arrived, I even saw a hairdresser styling one of her colleagues. She even took me as a client and then rushed back to styling her colleague, not even paying attention to the other customers who were waiting. Really disappointing. I'll never go back.”

  “What can I say? I'm a new customer, I walk in, and they barely even say hello... the haircut is rushed... like an assembly line, especially since there was practically no one else in the salon... It's a joke! And to top it all off, they don't take credit cards... It's 2023, after all... I definitely don't recommend it.”

  “My son went to get his haircut trimmed before school starts again. He's a regular, used to describing his style by the guard number. But today, apparently, they didn't have a size 8 guard! On the other hand, there was a hairdresser who had just returned from vacation and who didn't know how to listen to her clients or even how to cut hair! It wasn't even straight! My son is a teenager for whom his hair is important to his look! Today he was disappointed and he won't be going back! In this profession, you have to know how to listen to your clients and not just do things your own way. Even if you're dealing with a teenager! My husband is also a client... but for how much longer...???”

  “My haircut was done very quickly, apparently to keep up with the pace, and completely botched by an experienced man who seems to be the owner... 😱 Plus, they won't be accepting credit cards in 2020. I've never felt so ripped off at a hairdresser, even for €12. I'll have to go to another hairdresser to fix this, perfect when you're on a tight budget.”
