“One star is actually too much. I had an appointment at 2:00 PM and wasn't seen until 2:30 PM. There was no apology. The treatment was simply awful. They worked so roughly that several of my fingers bled, and I was in considerable pain. Every time I flinched in pain, they just gave me strange looks and continued working the same way. It really makes you wonder if that's normal there. The result also has absolutely nothing to do with what I wanted. I went home with bleeding fingers, pain, and nails that I don't even like. I can only advise everyone to find a different nail salon. I've never experienced anything like it, and I will definitely never go back.”

“Hello, I'd like to share my experience. First of all, I cannot recommend this studio. There was no language barrier; they were talking across three tables with the other staff members in a different language. They didn't really pay attention to my requests because they didn't understand me properly. My nails looked terrible after they filed them down. They were completely porous and filed down incredibly thin, and I was sent home like that. Now my nails are ruined, and I'm curious to see how they'll behave while they heal. So, dear girls, take your money and look for another studio :)”

“I think you can see how awful the French manicure turned out, even though I told the woman several times that each finger looked different (I even brought a picture for inspiration). I was supposed to choose an undertone, and I picked a pink one, but in the end, she used something else. All the nails are simply different, whether in width, length, or shape.
