“I am very disappointed with my visit to this hair salon. My hair wasn't styled the way I specifically requested. I didn't like the result at all and went home very unhappy. I had to redo my hair completely myself. Furthermore, no heat protectant was used during styling, which I find completely unacceptable when working with heat. Overall, there were many negative points for me. What's particularly disappointing is that I paid a lot of money for this service and expected a result I could be happy with. For me, the price-performance ratio is simply not right. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hair salon.”
