“Initially, they made an effort, offering a friendly welcome, but now one person is lying on the sofa playing on their phone, another is standing outside smoking, and inside, dirt is accumulating on the seats and chairs. They're rushed through the service with headphones on, lacking competence. Not recommended anymore.”

“Impossible work, music with headphones, unhygienic. These three keywords perfectly describe it. When I entered the shop, I was greeted after a loud "Hello" from me. The young man put on a work vest and asked what I wanted. I showed him several pictures, and he said, "We'll do it," even though I emphasized that I wanted 6mm on the sides. He did absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, while he was already putting the "smock" on me, he was busy taking out his AirPods (headphones) and selecting some music. When he finally started, I felt extremely uncomfortable. He used the clippers with extreme pressure, so much so that they slightly injured me. No apology or "It's okay," nothing. The comb was used with so much force that it just hurt. Furthermore, the hygiene was appalling: cell phone charging cables were plugged into the sockets on the barber's chair, there was old hair in the corners, the mirror was dirty, a cell phone was on the workstation, and there was no visible cleaning of the equipment. Furthermore, they touch their faces, especially their noses, and then touch the customer again... disgusting! I will never set foot in this place again; charging €21 for this is outrageous. I'll probably be wearing a hat for the next seven days... when I looked in the mirror, I almost burst into tears. I would never recommend this salon to anyone! J. Sittig”
