  “Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. On the positive side, walk-ins were accepted. My friend showed a photo and clearly explained the haircut she wanted. Unfortunately, the cut was significantly shorter than discussed, and the result was uneven, with one side about two centimeters longer than the other. What was particularly disappointing was the unprofessional response to her criticism. The hairdresser was unfriendly and spoke to my friend in an inappropriate tone. We subsequently had to go to another hairdresser who had to correct the mistakes. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this salon.”

  “Well, how should I put it... I usually cut my own hair, but that won't be happening as often anymore. I've never had my hair cut so well before. You can really tell they love their craft, and you feel comfortable there too. Absolutely top-notch! 👍”

  “Absolutely fantastic hairdresser! I've been a customer there for over 20 years now and have always been completely satisfied. I've always received excellent service and feel warmly welcomed and comfortable, like I'm part of the family. I've always received prompt and professional service, and it's wonderful to still have a place like this in Varel where the customer isn't just a customer, but treated like a friend. I highly recommend them. They really do a great job. Thumbs up!”
