“At first, I was happy with the gel nails; appointments were quick to get. However, despite having an appointment, I ended up standing in front of a locked door for about 15 minutes. They barely spoke to me at all, instead making phone calls (not in German). I had one application of color, and it chipped immediately. I rushed back for a touch-up, but it chipped again. Now they're not even responding to my inquiries, and I'm facing double the cost because I have to get my nails done somewhere else. Their opening hours seem to be completely random and don't match the website.”
