  “Since my husband and son have been going to Haircules for ages and are always very happy with their services, I booked an appointment with Doris. Unfortunately, my hair had been badly ruined at another hairdresser before, at great expense. And I have to say: Doris did a fantastic job! She gave me a professional consultation beforehand, and the result is amazing. I'm more than satisfied and can highly recommend Doris! The prices are absolutely fair! I'll only go to Haircules/Doris from now on! Thank you so much!”

  “I came in for a haircut, as I'm a regular customer. First, I was told to wait a moment, which turned into a full 45 minutes. Then I was treated rudely, and after repeatedly asking when I'd be ready, the "hairdresser," as he calls himself, wanted to have a cigarette, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally got started, I saw the conditions under which he worked: dirty machines, no hygiene, and absolutely no regard for it. After smoking, he didn't wash his hands and went straight to my scalp with his dirty hands. When I was finished, because I only wanted my sides trimmed to 5 cm, both sides were completely uneven. By the time I pointed this out, the next customer was already waiting, so I was fobbed off with a hair gel that had expired two years ago. So, "customer is king" is clearly not a given; it should be "customer is a money-maker without any service!" An absolute disgrace.”

  “Unfortunately, the quality at this hairdresser has declined significantly, even though I've been a regular customer for years. My hair has been left too long the last few times, so I felt like I had to come every two weeks instead of once a month. I now feel compelled to find a different hairdresser. What a shame!”

  “I had a problem in December 2020. I had a hair appointment with another hairdresser on December 17, 2020. But since everything was closed again due to government restrictions, I tried my luck at Haircules. I didn't have an appointment, but everything went quite quickly nonetheless. Upon entering the salon, I had to fill out a form with my information. The rest went very quickly: hair wash and cut. I was satisfied with the service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price. Almost €10 cheaper than at my usual hairdresser. Therefore, my conclusion: I'd gladly go again. 👍”
