“Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. I'm very disappointed and taken aback. I waited almost 45 minutes, and it was going to take much longer. So I left. I wouldn't recommend it for women anymore. My husband and I certainly won't be going back. And of course, neither will our children. Four customers left at once. What a shame. Addendum: The salon's response is incorrect.”
