“I've been a regular customer for many years and have always been very satisfied. The team is friendly, competent, and reliable. You simply feel well taken care of here. To those who complain that some customers supposedly get seen immediately without a number: Have you ever considered that these customers made an appointment beforehand? I never take a number. I always make an appointment in advance, arrive a few minutes early, and can usually sit down right away. This has nothing to do with preferential treatment. “I waited over 45 minutes while customers who arrived after me were served immediately without any explanation. When it was finally my turn, the staff deemed it more important to take a break and sit on their phones than to serve the customer who had waited almost an hour. In recent visits, the haircuts have gotten progressively worse. Everything was done hastily and carelessly. There is a clear lack of professionalism and organization. Management urgently needs to take action. A barbershop that shows so little respect for its customers, their time, and the quality of its services has completely lost my trust. This was my last visit. I will never return and cannot recommend this barbershop to anyone.”

“An absolute disaster. I went there for a haircut and beard trim – the transition is completely botched, the workmanship is abysmal. You can immediately tell there's absolutely no expertise involved. To top it all off: normal communication is practically impossible because the staff barely speak the language. You can't even explain what you want. In my opinion, something like this has no place in a hair salon. A complete waste of time and money. Never again.”
