  “Dear Team, I hope you actually read these reviews. First off: I'm completely satisfied with the result; the haircut turned out exactly as I envisioned! The price is absolutely justified. Thank you! However, I do have a few points of criticism: I didn't really feel "acknowledged" and felt somewhat rushed. The fact that the employee was constantly on her phone reinforced this impression. The music was far too loud and really quite peculiar; techno simply isn't for everyone. Please: Be more customer-oriented! Introduce yourselves by name and clarify what the customer wants before washing their hair. There are so many competitors in the area who simply do a better job in these areas. Until next time!”
