“Very unfriendly hairdresser. I don't even know her name (blonde lady). She had an arrogant manner. And the worst part is, how can she possibly not notice that she's pulling out the customer's hair so badly while combing and blow-drying? She damaged my entire scalp with the round brush; it's completely red and painful to the touch. You don't need a degree to see that she's practically hitting the customer's head with the brush while blow-drying. And this was from an experienced hairdresser with many years of experience. Terrible! Never again!”
