“Unfortunately, I can't rate the service because I was turned away on the spot. This happened twice today. They always say "closing time," even though there are only a maximum of 3-4 customers in the entire salon. Furthermore, on my visits, there was always at least half an hour until the official closing time. No attempt is made to defuse the situation, let alone find a compromise. Other hairdressers handle this much more smoothly. Apparently, they no longer need new customers, not even for a quick buzz cut. Very disappointing and, in my opinion, not recommended.”

“My husband always gets a great haircut there, but we've taken my son there twice and we've stopped going because they just can't do it the way we want. He has beautiful, thick hair and we always ask them not to cut too much off, but they still cut it very short every time. They could really make a lovely hairstyle out of his hair if someone would just listen to what we want.”
