“I really like the pink color itself. However, that's partly because I ended up bringing the dye myself. I had told the salon beforehand which color I wanted. When I arrived, they told me they had looked for it but hadn't found it. Luckily, I had brought a suitable color with me as a precaution. Unfortunately, I'm only partially satisfied with the actual color result. I wanted to refresh my existing balayage/ombré with a soft transition. Even during the bleaching process, I repeatedly pointed out that the transition seemed too harsh and uneven. In the end, the color starts at different heights, and the transition looks much more abrupt than I wanted. On a positive note, I was offered an appointment for a correction after I gave them feedback. I found that professional and customer-oriented. Nevertheless, I decided against having the correction done there because, after seeing the result, I no longer had the necessary confidence to let them do it. It's a shame, because the color itself turned out beautifully. Communication was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier, so my suggestions regarding the desired course of action were apparently not adequately considered. Nevertheless, the contact was always friendly.”

“I got my beard and hair cut this morning. Overall, the quality was adequate. He definitely could have done a better job if he hadn't been constantly on his phone and had taken more time. It's a shame, I always enjoyed going there.”
