  “My visit was unfortunately a flop. Gina remained friendly, but the hairstyle (curls) didn't even last four hours. That meant before the wedding reception even started, I already looked like a plucked chicken. I was very disappointed. My hair wasn't curled like in my example picture, so I asked her to wrap a strand of hair around the visible hair tie. The comb I'd brought was crooked. Gina herself was surprised that I'd been promised a daytime makeup appointment over the phone. There were hardly any products available, some of which had been open for ages, the mascara was clumpy, and she eventually gave up trying to find a matching lipstick because the next client (her grandmother) was already there, so I did part of it at home (new and fresh). It was a real waste of the trip and the (tip) money. I was the first customer of the day and repeatedly heard a colleague say, "I don't have time for that," yet she still answered the phone several times or apologized to the next customer, saying she "also had to do makeup here." It was very unpleasant and quickly became unsightly. The copious amounts of hairspray, which was supposed to protect the hairdresser from the wind, just made my hair sticky. I would have liked to write an email, but I couldn't find an address. If I could, I would return it…”
