“I was a regular customer for several years... I can't really remember ever going anywhere else. Anke's haircuts were always good, and the conversations were pleasant too. For about 12 months, I had negotiated a price of €15 with Jule, the owner, for regular visits every three weeks. Today I was told I now have to pay more! Is this how you treat your regular customers?! I don't think so! I will avoid this salon in the future. I wish Anke all the best, and Jule, the owner, a better understanding of people and her regular customers, like myself, who were once regulars!”
