“My visit on June 27th was deeply upsetting. I had repeatedly stated that I wanted to continue wearing my hair in a ponytail – instead, so much was cut off that this is no longer possible. The back of my neck was even shaved without my consent. After a serious illness, my hair was a symbol of strength and self-confidence for me. The fact that this wish was disregarded was very hurtful. Under these circumstances, I unfortunately cannot recommend this salon.”
