  “An absolutely disappointing haircut – never again! I wasn't even greeted when I entered the salon. No "hello," no smile – just an unfriendly, dismissive tone. The haircut was simply a disaster: The fade on the sides was cut unevenly – something like that shouldn't happen at a professional hairdresser's. The hygiene was also shocking: There was hair everywhere, and the place looked generally unkempt. I'm not even sure if the blade on the straight razor had been changed – which is a complete no-go. When I shaved, the shaving cream wasn't lathered properly; it was just roughly slapped onto my face – even into my eye. The hairdresser's reaction? Zero interest. No sympathy, no waiting, nothing. The whole experience was customer-unfriendly, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. That's no way to treat people, let alone paying customers. I absolutely cannot recommend this hairdresser.”

  “Since I was asked for the second time to sit in the chair, which was covered in the previous customer's hair, this was my last time. The sink wasn't any better – it contained used razor blades, a wet towel, and more hair.”

  “No thanks! The employee here is incredibly unprofessional. It only took him two minutes to cut my hair. I've rarely experienced such unprofessional service. 17 EUR for a haircut like that? No thanks. That's my last time at this salon.”
