  “Haircut was great, quality was great, and the staff was great. However: This is the second time I've been there that they couldn't keep my appointment. The first time, in June, my son and I were sent straight home. The reason given was supposedly due to shift work and the reopening. Today, I arrived with my appointment and was told it would probably take at least another half hour. The reason given was, quote: they didn't know what the previous customer wanted done. (Previous customer: a woman, hair coloring). Excuse me, but you know that at the latest when you make an appointment with the customer (a men's haircut takes about 20 minutes, a wash, cut, and color takes about 2 hours). I understand that it's not always possible to be there down to the minute. But missing the appointment a second time is unacceptable. I'm furious. I'll be finding another hairdresser. Regards, Günter”
