“Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. I had an appointment for an updo, which I didn't want out of boredom, but for an event. At the salon, they told me it wasn't possible because someone was short-staffed. Instead of rearranging things, they sent me away. Thanks for nothing, you losers!”
