“A huge plea to all women who don't want to look like a plucked chicken: please never get your hair cut there! The woman cuts haphazardly and completely crookedly. One side of my hair was lying flat on my shoulder while the other was hanging in mid-air. I wouldn't have walked a single meter out of the house like that. Fixing it wasn't possible, as apparently no one there has any hairdressing training. Luckily, I found another hairdresser to correct it.”

“A complete disaster! You explain to the hairdresser what you want, and he still does what he wants. And in the end, you even have to pay extra for a women's haircut because you're a man. Do you guys roll dice to set the prices, or what's wrong with you?”

“Update: After many years, I went back to this hairdresser. What can I say? It was bad. My wishes weren't taken into account, and the coloring wasn't done properly. The next day, I already noticed gray patches. The person who served me seems to prefer making money by gossiping and complaining. And the whole thing cost more than at any other hairdresser. On the other hand, the staff were polite and provided good advice. I've tried several salons in Buxtehude. This one is one of the best. And when you compare price and service with others, I have to say that Cut & Go comes out on top. I would go back anytime. Thanks to the whole team.”
