“I was a regular customer for a long time and had my hair bleached there several times. After a previous bleaching session, the result was initially unsatisfactory due to a misjudgment of my hair type and an improperly mixed color. However, another stylist very professionally corrected the situation. He determined the perfect mixture for my hair and documented it in my customer file. After that, I was very happy with the results for a considerable period. When I went back for another bleaching session about nine months later, I discovered that this stylist was no longer working at the salon. Unfortunately, the information documented at the time was also apparently missing. The new stylist refused to use the method I had requested and which had worked well for me over a long period, even though I explained exactly how my hair had been successfully treated previously. As a result, I unfortunately lost trust. I felt that my previous experiences and wishes were not adequately considered. I find this particularly disappointing, as I had been very satisfied with the salon for a long time. I would have recommended the salon without hesitation in the past. Unfortunately, my last visit felt very different, which is why I went home disappointed.”
