“Unfriendly staff. You ask something and don't get a proper answer. If you ask again, they say, very annoyed, that they don't have that. I think they should be friendly to customers, even if they're not buying anything and just asking if they have regular ice cream and not soft serve. Then they just say, annoyed, "We don't have soft serve here, only milk-based ice cream from the machine. It says so on the sign upstairs." No one there has ever heard of "the customer is king" or basic courtesy. Not recommended.”
