  “I am absolutely speechless about my 12-year-old daughter's haircut! For €32, her hair was simply "cut" in just 5 minutes. Not a word was spoken, no consultation was offered, and no consideration was given to her wishes – it was just combed and cut. It was supposed to look exactly like the last photo, nothing else. I would have loved to write much more, but my comment would have been blocked. !!!!!! The result is uneven, messy, and particularly noticeable in her braid. Such hasty, careless work is completely unacceptable, especially for a child, from whom precision is expected. I will never set foot in this salon again and can only advise everyone to think twice before taking their children there. Care, attention, and communication seem to be foreign concepts here.”

  “I went to the salon for a trial run at the end of July and found the perfect hairstyle for my wedding: a simple chignon at the nape of my neck with a few loose strands at the front (photo 1). Since I was thrilled and had a good feeling about it, I immediately booked an appointment for my wedding in September. A few days before the appointment, I received a call asking if I could come an hour earlier, which seemed a bit odd to me since I had booked the appointment almost two months in advance. But what happened on the wedding day itself still leaves me speechless: despite taking photos during the trial run, the hairstyle turned out completely different from what we had discussed, and it took a good half hour to change (photos 2 and 3). To keep it in place, they wrapped a hair donut around my hair and used copious amounts of hairspray to fix it all day. Not only did the hair donut ruin the look of the entire hairstyle and, according to the hairdresser, make the wrapping technique used during the trial run impossible, but despite the copious amounts of hairspray, the hairstyle started to unravel in the car on the way home (less than 5 minutes after I left the salon), so I had to redo it at home. I paid €150 for this (plus €50 for the trial run) without receiving a receipt. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.”
