“The last few times the haircut was okay, but today I'm truly speechless. I had the same impression as you, that I was being cut by an intern. My hair was still wet when he said it was finished. Although he did blow-dry it after I asked him to, it still wasn't dry. Parts of my hair are sticking up; the result looks awful. “I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to Iona's Dream Hair. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait 40 minutes. When I politely inquired about my appointment time, I was met with rudeness and told to simply wait or not come at all if I was in a hurry. I was also given very unpleasant looks. In total, I waited for over an hour, which is completely unacceptable for an appointment. When it was finally my turn, I was treated rudely once again. The hair wash took barely a minute and didn't seem thorough at all – it was more like my hair had just been rinsed with water. Afterwards, my hair wasn't even blow-dried, even though I had asked for it. I was told there wasn't time, despite having made a specific appointment. The haircut itself was also disappointing. I had specified a clear length for my bangs, but they were cut far too short. When I asked about it, the employee reacted unprofessionally and simply said, in essence, that I had requested it that way and could leave if I didn't like it. What was particularly annoying was that I was ultimately charged more, even though the haircut clearly didn't match my wishes and the result was truly awful. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, the service was inadequate, and the result was disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend this salon.”
